All prices on this website are quoted in UK Pounds. Prices include VAT and exclude Postage and Packaging.
MRRP *marked as "Was" price* is the Manufacturers Recommended Retail Price and is quoted for comparison purposes only. We take great care to ensure that the MRRP quoted is correct, however manufacturers may occasionally alter the MRRP without notifying us. Any errors will be corrected as soon as we are made aware of them.

Before purchasing you can review your order and make changes to it if you wish. When you are happy, click the SECURE CHECK OUT button. You will then be presented with the final order details and total price, and will be asked to provide your name and address details with the option of creating an account. After reviewing this information, click the PLACE ORDER button to make your order final. All orders are accepted subject to the authorisation of your credit or debit card.
Credit and Debit Cards -
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Switch, Delta, Solo, Maestro and Paypal. The transaction will appear as a payment to "Jeans Direct" on your card statement.

Receipts and Refunds
You will receive a confirmation receipt by email, with a reference number against each purchase. In case of any query or to track your order, you will need to email us with this order number.
Refunds are issued in weekly batches back to the original card the order was made from, so please allow up to 12 days including bank clearance times.
If you have not received a refund or you have changed your credit/debit details since ordering please notify us and we will credit this directly back to your bank account or issue a refund cheque.
Important - please note we do not refund the postage costs, as this is paid separately to the Royal Mail, Post Office Ltd. We do however refund any costs of returning the item to us if you have received the wrong item. In the unlikely case if the item has been lost in the post, we will replace it or offer a refund.

Delivery Address -
You can specify any delivery address within the same country as the billing address, e.g your home, your neighbour's, your office or anywhere else you like.
To reduce the risk of fraud, we are unable to deliver goods to an address in a different country to the credit card holders address.

Out of Stock -
When you order online you will receive Email confirmation of your order.
In the unlikely event of any item being out of stock, your order will be placed on back order for 14 days in which time the order can arrive in at any time, our current rate of delivery is 98% in 10 days. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Returns are part of our service. You can shop with confidence, in the assurance that you can return any item if not satisfactory within 48 hours of receipt for a no-quibble money-back guarantee. Every product sold by Jeans Direct is backed by this guarantee.
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, Jeans Direct will refund the full purchase price.
Any product you return must be returned complete, in clean condition and in its original packaging.
